Refund and Returns Policy

Orders may be rejected or cancelled at the discretion of  KCN  Industries  Helmets. Orders may be cancelled for a number of reasons, such as limitations on the number of items that are able to be ordered in a single transaction, discrepancies or inaccuracies in the price or additional product data, or issues discovered by our Department of Credit and Fraud Control.

Before approving any order, we have the right to inquire about you further.

We will contact you if your order has been partially or totally rejected or if more information is needed to authorize it. Your credit card will be refunded if you decide not to place a request after it has already been charged.

Cancellation on Your Part

 KCN  Industries  Helmets is free to accept or refuse requests for buying modifications without giving an explanation. You have 24 hours from the time you place your order with  KCN  Industries  Helmets to change your mind.

If we get notification of cancellation but  KCN  Industries  Helmets has not yet finalized the purchase, the purchase shall be canceled and the entire amount reimbursed within 15 to 20 days after receiving the request, in keeping with ordinary business policy.

We are unsure and unable to make any changes to an order once we accept it. The  KCN  Industries  Helmets are the sole judge of whether an order has been made. You consent not to voice objections to  KCN  Industries  Helmets’ choice to reject the order.

Use Promotional Codes and Coupons When Purchasing  KCN  Industries  Helmets

 KCN  Industries  Helmets retains the right to dispense with any campaign’s short-term savings and promotional codes, as well as their availability. You must agree to take part in the campaign in order to benefit from it. The  KCN  Industries  Helmets will decide the terms of these promotions at the start of the campaign.
